Because we take pride in our quality of furniture, in-stock furniture and accessories can only be returned within 5 days of purchase for In-store Credit Only.

By purchasing in stock furniture we carry in our store, the customer agrees to take the piece as is and any damage that occurs to the product once leaving our store is at the expense of the customer.

Custom Furniture and Special Orders are final sale and cannot be returned for any reason. Furniture is inspected upon arrival to our store, but damages can occasionally occur. It is the customers responsibility to reach out about damage or defects occurring during delivery within 3 days to receive a replacement.

All Discounted and Clearance Items are Final Sale and cannot be returned for any reason. Seasonal items are also Final Sale.
